These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://www.simamiti.com (“the Website”) and the purchase of products and services from Simamiti (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using our Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Simamiti provides tree planting services and related charitable/environmental projects, including but not limited to:

  • Planting trees on your behalf

  • Water projects (boreholes, wells, solar pumps)

  • Community support projects

When you place an order, you are paying for trees or projects to be carried out on your behalf, not purchasing a physical product for delivery.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for valid reasons, including payment issues or incorrect information.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed with planting or project implementation in line with our stated timelines.

3. Planting Timeline

We aim to plant all trees within 30 days of receiving your order. Planting is scheduled in batches once we have received a sufficient number of orders for a given area. This allows for efficient and responsible planting while keeping within our 30-day commitment.

Where possible, we may consider special requests for earlier planting if communicated at the time of order.

4. Payment

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may request a cancellation before planting takes place.

  • Once planting has occurred or a project has commenced, refunds may not be possible.

  • If a chargeback is raised, we may incur a £15 fee from our payment provider. This may affect any refund or future orders.

We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your order until the matter is resolved. You may be asked to cancel the chargeback if you wish us to proceed.

7. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order (e.g., names for planting messages, contact details). We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

8. Updates and Evidence of Planting

Where possible, we may provide photos or videos of planting days. However, this is not guaranteed for every individual order.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sima Miti will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, environmental conditions, or external factors

  • Loss or damage beyond the value of your order

  • Tree survival beyond reasonable care and maintenance

We commit to responsible planting and reasonable aftercare.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Website

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Website.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Website.
