During our tree planting work, we identified serious water challenges in some communities. In response, we support boreholes and wells, repair faulty pumps, and install solar water pumps to ensure reliable access to water despite electricity shortages. Access to clean water is essential for life. These projects are a form of Sadaqah Jariyah, providing ongoing benefit every time the water is used, insha’Allah. Due to ongoing electricity challenges, we prioritise solar-powered water pumps for reliable, sustainable access to water.
