This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via https://www.simamiti.com (“the Website”).
1. Nature of Our Service
When you place an order with Simamiti, you are purchasing a service for trees or projects (such as tree planting or water projects) to be carried out on your behalf. These are not physical goods for delivery.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel and request a refund.
However, you acknowledge that by asking us to begin planting or project work within this 14-day period, you are consenting to the service commencing before the end of the cooling-off period.
3. Refunds Before Planting or Project Commencement
If you cancel your order before planting has taken place or before a project has commenced, you will be entitled to a full refund.

4. Refunds After Planting or Project Commencement
If planting has already taken place, or a project has commenced, you may lose your right to a refund, as the service has been fully or partially performed in your name.
In such cases, refunds are generally not available, but we will consider any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we may incur a £15 administrative fee. This may affect any refund or future orders. We also reserve the right to pause or cancel your order while a chargeback is under review.
6. Faults or Issues with Our Service
If you believe we have not carried out the service as described, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy such as:

Providing an alternative resolution.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
